§ 9.16.020. Use, ignition or discharge of fireworks.

Consumer fireworks may not be used, ignited or discharged except during the following times:
A.

Between the hours of five p.m. and two hours after sunset on June 29th, 30th, July 1st, July 2nd, July 3rd, July 5th, July 6th, July 7th, July 8th and July 9th;

B.

Between the hours of ten a.m. and twelve a.m. on July 4th; and

C.

Between the hours of ten a.m. on December 31st and one a.m. on January 1st.
