§ 8.16.020. Monthly service fee.

A monthly service fee per telephone access line will be collected by the service supplier to pay for expenses listed in [Section] 8.16.030. The fee shall be established at a rate determined by the statewide 911 board and will be assessed against all access lines of telephone subscribers in the service area covered by the E-911 system.
