§ 3.98.020. Use of donations.
A.
The charitable donations, revenues and monies received and deposited in the Porter County police training fund can be used only for the specific purposes set forth in this chapter, such expenditures to be limited by the Porter County sheriff for the purpose of training Porter County police officers. More specifically, the charitable donations, revenues and monies generated and deposited in the Porter County police training fund shall be utilized specifically and exclusively for expenditures related to the training of county police officers and the hosting of training classes by the county police department.
B.
The revenues generated and deposited in the special nonreverting Porter County police training fund shall be utilized specifically and exclusively for expenditures set forth in this chapter, such expenditures to be approved by the Porter County sheriff.
