Chapter 3.59. FUND FOR DEPOSIT OF PROCEEDS FROM PORTER COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION GRANT TO PORTER COUNTY PARK DEPARTMENT

§ 3.59.030. Termination of fund.

The fund for deposit of proceeds from a Porter County Community Foundation grant securing by the Porter County Park Department for expanding conservation and environmental education programs to elementary and middle school students in Porter County shall remain in existence and remain perpetual in its terms under amended or terminated by subsequent ordinance enacted by the Porter County Board of Commissioners. If and when a subsequent ordinance is passed to terminate the life of this fund, the balance remaining, if not otherwise provided for by ordinance shall revert to the park maintenance fund.
