§ 2.54.030. Membership.

The South Haven community advisory council will consist of seven members who will be appointed biannually by the board of commissioners as follows:
A.

One member from the South Haven School District;

B.

One representative from the Porter County Sheriff's Department;

C.

One representative from the South Haven business community;

D.

Four residents, one appointed from each district in South Haven: one resident from each quarter section, to be established by the Porter County board of commissioners.
