§ 12.04.050. Plan submission including performance bond.

Submission of engineering plans for a platted subdivision or metes and bounds dedication shall be made to the Porter County highway engineering department. All streets intended for the use by the public, shall be constructed in accordance with the above approved engineering plans submitted by the developer and in accordance with the most recently approved construction standards and specifications.
