§ 10.08.020. Possession or consumption prohibited.

It is prohibited for a person to knowingly
A.

Consume an alcoholic beverage, or

B.

Possess a container containing an alcoholic beverage:

1.

That has been opened,

2.

That has a broken seal, or

3.

From which some of the contents have been removed;
while in a motor vehicle that is being operated upon a public way, public road, public highway or any other public location within the unincorporated areas of Porter County.
